Kristin Boyd is Vice President Finance and Treasurer for Hunt Energy. Kristin leads capital markets transactions for Hunt’s energy subsidiaries, specializing in corporate, structured and project financings. Kristin also oversees the Treasury Operations team, whose responsibilities include cash management, forecasting, and risk management.
Kristin joined Hunt in 2006 as a senior analyst in the Planning and Analytics group. She has held several finance roles throughout the organization. From 2012-2017, Kristin served as VP Finance and Treasurer for InfraREIT, Inc, a publicly traded REIT that was managed by Hunt. Kristin holds a BBA in finance from Baylor University and is a CFA charter holder.
